Founder of GRRLS Club, a record label and collective for female music producers and engineers, Nardean knows first hand how hard it can be for women in the music industry and provides a safe space for artists to feel comfortable in a recording environment.
Nardean has also developed and released her own R&B music. Tracking producing and mixing her own vocals gives her a deeper understanding of what artists actually from recording sessions.
